For Online Video Courses

• We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

• If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, regardless of how much of the course you’ve accessed.

• To request a refund, simply email us at support@chessnutacademy.com with your order details.

For Physical Products (Chess Boards & Accessories)

• If you are not satisfied with your chess board or any physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@chessnutacademy.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item (for physical products) or after approving your refund request (for digital courses).

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation ensures that you won’t be charged for the next cycle, but previous payments are non-refundable.

For Physical Product Orders

• Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped.

• Once the item has been shipped, it falls under our Refund Policy.
